Terms of Service

Please take the time to read through my TOS before commissioning me.

+ Payment via Paypal invoice only, in Euro €.

+ Complex/highly detailed designs will get an extra charge starting at 10€.

+ Commissions are for personal/private use only. Commercial use isn't an option yet, but may be in the future.

+ Clearly communicate your commission details/wishes with me.

Send me an email at hithhiril@gmail.com or a DM on my social media accounts.

Please state the following information:

1) Type of commission

2) Name and visual references (5 pictures max) of the character

3) The character's owner in case it's not you

4) Characters description (5 rows is enough) and character's outfit

5) Characters poses and interactions

6) Details, perspective, expressions, background, and other requests

The more information we communicate, the better the result will be.

+ Full refund is available before I start working on your commission.

+ You will receive the artwork in high resolution at 300dpi. (with and without signature). My works are only available in digital format.

+ It'll take 2-4 weeks for me to complete a commission. This is due to me working on my comic universe.

If any unexpected circumstances occur, I will inform you about any delay.

+ I will also work on and post personal artwork, while working on commissions.

+ I reserve the right to decline a commission request and not disclose why.

 

+ I reserve the right to share finished commissions, WIPs, process videos, cropped versions, and/or finished sketches on my social media accounts and patreon.

+ Sending in a commission request indicates your agreement with these terms!

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH MY COMMISSIONED WORK
+ Share it on your websites (credits are needed!)

(That means: You are not allowed to post the version without the signature)
+ Use it as a signature, avatar on the web

WHAT YOU CANNOT DO WITH MY COMMISSIONED WORK
- Sell it, upload on a pay-per-view website like Patreon
- Pretend it was made by yourself, claiming as yours (in short, STEALING)
- Remove, crop or delete my signature

- use my artwork as/for AI / NFT / cryptoart

ZINE & ARTBOOKS
If you want to feature my works in your zine remember I will take part exclusively in zines if I'm interested in the topic and only if I have enough free time.
